tower of PAIN

my first ever game: it's a platformer. a simple platformer.  maybe even a difficult one.

the plot

so basically
you're a square.

this square, to be exact.

your friend has been captured by the 𝓔𝓥𝓘𝓛 𝓒𝓘𝓡𝓒𝓛𝓔  and is now a permanent guest at the highest floor of his TOWER of PAIN!!!!!

it's up to YOU to climb the tower and rescue them!

right now there's only one floor but i plan to have 8 for the final release (plus secret rooms and bosses n stuff)

known issues & bugs

• the animations for the square are ultra scuffed (they will be fixed once i figure out how to use AnimationTrees properly)
• no sound (yet)
• some graphical issues on high refresh rate displays
• occasional freezes when changing scenes

this game is still in development and things are very prone to change
